Went to Sally's Saloon.
Asked the young lady behind the front counter if they still had pool tables. She looked at us confused and said "pool tables?" as if they were some very-old or very new invention.
Nope. The pool tables were gone.
She walked us to a hightop table near the bar, gave us menus and walked away.
My friend went to visit the bathroom. ( you'll see why this factors in here shortly )
The college guys at the table next to us got up to leave. The table was cleaned by the waitress, and another couple was seated at the table.
The waitress said nothing.
The waitress then returned to their table and proceeded to take their order.
She then passed our table, and again, said nothing.

My friend returned from the bathroom as the waitress
was delivering drinks to the couple.

We waited approximately five minutes more, considered getting popcorn,
but instead, we walked out.

On to Stub and Herbs where service was EXCELLENT!
